Responsibilities

• Direct the execution of piping contracts across all project phases, including pre-project, realization, work monitoring, and after-sales.
• Ensure strict compliance with project costs, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Drive business development and client acquisition through the tender process and industry expertise.
• Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and subcontractors to create and consolidate technical and commercial offers.
• Define global purchasing strategies and structure the organization for intervention preparation and execution monitoring.
• Validate project schedules, integrating detailed sequences for studies and onsite works.
• Coordinate various trades (process, mechanical, electrical, general installation) and manage necessary equipment while adhering to HSE standards.
• Act as the primary management interface for clients regarding project scope.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring project budgets and consolidating monthly reporting.
• Define skill development programs and manage certifications for welders, pipefitters, and management staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering.
• Significant experience in managing complex industrial piping projects (scale, technicality, and international scope).
• Deep technical knowledge of industrial systems and energy sector-specific challenges.
• Proven leadership skills with a "unifying" personality to lead teams and build constructive client/supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, agility, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within the energy or nuclear sectors.
• An extensive existing network of industry clients and suppliers.
