About the Company
Exosystème Inc. specializes in the design, layout, and installation of high-end outdoor living spaces, including bioclimatic pergolas, motorized blinds, and glass panels. The company is entering a structuring phase of development involving new products and showroom openings.
Responsibilities
- Pilot construction site planning
- Supervise project management
- Define and structure operational processes
- Support sales teams on technical projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise installation coordinators and project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional training in operations management, construction, or administration
- 5 to 10 years of experience in operational management, ideally in construction or outdoor living
- Proven experience managing field teams (installers, representatives)
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Odoo, Salesforce)
- Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in starting up or structuring a growing SME
- Knowledge of the outdoor structures sector (pergolas, blinds)
- Experience deploying Odoo modules (CRM, Manufacturing, Maintenance)
- Experience in multi-branch or franchise networks
- Strategic vision combined with field execution skills
