Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the group's purchasing strategy in alignment with performance and competitiveness goals
• Manage, support, and develop purchasing teams to foster a culture of performance and cooperation
• Negotiate strategic contracts and secure supplies for key purchasing families
• Develop a high-performing, innovative, and sustainable supplier panel both in France and internationally
• Optimize costs, quality, lead times, and risk management across the supply chain
• Collaborate with industrial, technical, quality, finance, and operations departments to support development projects
• Implement performance indicators and provide regular reporting to General Management

Requirements

• Solid experience in industrial purchasing, ideally in technical or multi-site environments
• Proven ability to build strategic vision while remaining close to operational realities
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partner relationships
• Leadership skills to manage and federate teams
• Professional proficiency in English
