Directeur Département Projets - Défense & Sécurité

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic portfolio of tactical data link (TDL) and military simulation projects as a member of the Management Committee
• Coordinate project managers to ensure technical, contractual, and financial success
• Ensure project execution meets performance, deadline, and quality standards
• Maintain client satisfaction and uphold all contractual commitments
• Mentor, challenge, and develop project teams by providing technical and managerial expertise
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the drafting of offers and amendments

Requirements

• Bac +5 technical degree
• 10+ years of experience in defense project management
• Proven experience in hierarchical management
• Mastery of complex industrial project management methods (planning, financial management, risk analysis, contract management)
• Strong knowledge of public contracts and ability to draft technical/contractual documents
• Proficiency in systems and software engineering processes
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defense systems where software is the predominant component
