Directeur de Travaux TCE

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor TCE subcontractors (structural work, building envelope, tertiary second work, cleanrooms, HVAC, electricity, special fluids, etc.)
• Organize and coordinate works within an occupied site context with high coactivity
• Ensure compliance with work schedules, costs, and execution quality
• Implement and monitor QSE requirements, with a strong focus on site safety
• Participate in site meetings and exchanges with stakeholders (MOA, MOE, site operator)
• Manage the clearing of reservations until the handover of works
• Provide regular reporting to the Artelia project management

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in TCE works management or direction
• Experience with turnkey projects and technical buildings (laboratories, cleanrooms, Industry, Defense, or sensitive sites)
• Experience working on occupied sites with coactivity
• Strong skills in subcontractor management and multi-trade coordination
• French nationality (required due to Defense sector regulations)
• Ability to pass a mandatory administrative investigation for site access
