Responsibilities

• Lead an operational team and manage a portfolio of large-scale real estate projects
• Act as the guarantor for projects regarding legal, technical, administrative, financial, and commercial aspects
• Oversee projects from building permit filing through to program commercialization
• Coordinate and ensure information flow between all stakeholders including investors, clients, and partners
• Manage and support project teams

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering, Technical fields, or Business School
• Significant experience in similar roles
• Confirmed experience in TCE construction site management (Maîtrise d’Ouvrage, Maîtrise d’œuvre, or General Contractor)
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to anticipate and pilot large-scale projects
