Responsibilities

• Pilot a portfolio of residential real estate operations throughout their entire life cycle
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 10 collaborators
• Supervise the technical aspects of operations, ensuring design quality and regulatory compliance
• Secure complex technical decisions and support teams in resolving design or execution issues
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, margins, and operational risks
• Ensure transverse coordination between land development, technical, commercial, legal, and finance departments
• Represent the company to external partners such as local authorities, developers, and investors
• Participate in defining regional strategy and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering, Business, Real Estate, Urbanism, or Civil Engineering)
• 10 to 15 years of experience in residential real estate development
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Deep knowledge of the complete real estate operation cycle
• Dual expertise in Program Management and/or Technical Direction
• Strong understanding of construction, technical, and regulatory issues
