About the Company

ALL IN GROUP is a major, visionary player in the sports, leisure, and entertainment sector in France. The group designs and develops large-scale complexes envisioned as ecosystems combining performance, social life, and exchange. The group is currently expanding strategically into the Lyon metropolis by transforming the historic "Double Mixte" site in Villeurbanne into a massive urban hub featuring 12 padel courts, a 5000 m² complex, and extensive food and beverage spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the opening phase and implement operational processes for the site launch.
  • Recruit, integrate, and train the entire team, including reception, bar, catering, and sports staff.
  • Manage and supervise center activities, including financial performance (CA, EBITDA) and cost control.
  • Develop commercial offers such as tournaments, leagues, corporate packages, and local partnerships.
  • Manage stocks and maintain margins for the pro-shop and the 400 m² bar/restaurant area.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the infrastructure and oversee daily operations.
  • Act as the face of the club, building and fostering a loyal community of players and partners.

Requirements

  • Senior or experienced profile with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven experience in business management, P&L oversight, and multidisciplinary team management.
  • Strong marketing and commercial offer creation skills.
  • Ability to structure and lead large-scale recruitment processes.
  • Strong connection to the racket sports universe.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and experience in large-scale event management.
  • Significant schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high-volume customer flows and complex facilities.
