Directeur d’Agence & Référent Régional

Responsibilities

• Manage the Thonon agency as a profit center, overseeing a P&L of approximately €10 million
• Lead and manage a team of 60 employees, driving performance and profitability
• Drive business development and client loyalty within the agency
• Act as a Regional Referent for Savoie and Haute-Savoie, coordinating 6 sites and 1 agency manager
• Develop regional business across both private and public markets
• Serve as the primary contact for major regional accounts and act as a liaison for the Environment Department Director
• Maintain a strong field presence to support teams and engage with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in agency or business unit management
• Proven mastery of P&L management and financial performance tracking
• Strong expertise in business development and commercial strategy
• Extensive experience in managing operational teams
• Field-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership
• Ability to manage multiple entities and coordinate regional growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation, waste management, or industrial cleaning sectors
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics in the Savoie/Haute-Savoie region
• Natural leadership skills with a focus on team development and collective success
