Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SNEA agency in Île-de-France with full autonomy over operational, commercial, and financial management.
• Manage and support a team of 30 employees, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.
• Supervise business managers in charge of HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development through new client acquisition, loyalty programs, and service diversification.
• Guarantee team safety and ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Strengthen client relationships through technical expertise and customized solutions.

Requirements

• Higher technical degree in HVAC (CVC) or electricity (Engineer or equivalent).
• At least 7–8 years of professional experience in the industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role (Agency Director or Deputy Director) for a profit center in HVAC or GE.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects and significant budgets.
• Strong skills in operational and financial management, decision-making, and commercial development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, rigorous, and safety-oriented approach.
