As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to over 200 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients within the banking or industrial sectors
• Drive commercial development strategy
• Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure contract renewals
• Create and manage a dedicated team for the sector
• Detect opportunities and participate in tender responses (RFP)
• Conduct lobbying with high-level stakeholders at prospect and client organizations
• Manage an ecosystem of partners including publishers and manufacturers

Requirements

• Degree from a business or engineering school
• Proven experience in the commercial development of digital solutions/services
• Mandatory experience in an ESN (Digital Services Company)
• Several years of experience in business development within finance or industry sectors
• Strong oral communication and writing skills for tender management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
