Responsibilities

• Manage a business unit of approximately 90 employees with a turnover of €10 million
• Oversee industrial cleaning, maintenance, and metallurgy services
• Drive economic and financial performance, including P&L management, margin control, and investment planning
• Lead human resources activities, including team animation, recruitment, and talent development
• Ensure safety and compliance by upholding the Ortec safety culture and managing delegated authority
• Lead business development efforts to retain historical clients and win new contracts, specifically within the metallurgy sector

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in agency management or managing an operational entity
• Significant professional experience in the metallurgy sector
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster a cohesive team spirit
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and entrepreneurial skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive business growth
