Responsibilities
- Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative objectives for your team
- Coordinate prospecting activities and client relationship development
- Support team development by improving skills in IT outsourcing offers and sales techniques
- Assist in prospecting and client negotiations
- Contribute to commercial strategy and analyze client portfolios
- Monitor service performance, client satisfaction, and financial profitability
- Manage the sales pipeline and participate in tenders
- Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, and marketing departments
- Monitor competition and maintain sales tracking tools
Requirements
- Mastery of IT outsourcing contractual models
- Mastery of commercial and sales techniques
- Mastery of sales team management techniques
- Higher education degree from a business school or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic vision skills
