About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term Direct-to-Consumer growth strategy for Sodastream in Poland.
  • Own the D2C P&L, including revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth targets.
  • Lead the development and optimization of the online store experience across desktop and mobile.
  • Partner with Media and Digital teams to execute customer acquisition strategies and manage performance budgets.
  • Drive CRM initiatives, including email marketing, marketing automation, and loyalty/subscription programs.
  • Manage promotional strategy, pricing architecture, and product bundling initiatives.
  • Analyze end-to-end consumer journeys to improve satisfaction and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence and product availability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer, Digital Marketing, or Online Sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability in a D2C environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
  • Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels (Paid Search, Social, Display, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or subscription-based business models.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of additional Central European languages.
