Restart, Inc. is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization founded in 1986, dedicated to providing Housing with Services, and Independent Living Skills Services for individuals living with brain injuries and related disabilities. Our mission is to empower clients by teaching them strategies for daily living and facilitating their reentry into the community.
Responsibilities
- Support clients living in residential homes in Robbinsdale
- Provide caregiving and support for adults with disabilities, specifically those with traumatic brain injury (TBI)
- Assist clients in rebuilding their lives and learning daily living strategies
- Maintain flexibility to work at different sites as scheduled
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving to a variety of disabled adults
- Ability to attend 7 days of in-person orientation training over a 10-day period
- Medical training
- Outstanding attendance record
- Adaptive personality and patient mindset
- Availability for Part Time PM shifts (2-10 PM) on Fridays and every other weekend
