About the Company

Restart, Inc. is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization founded in 1986, dedicated to providing Housing with Services, and Independent Living Skills Services for individuals living with brain injuries and related disabilities. Our mission is to empower clients by teaching them strategies for daily living and facilitating their reentry into the community.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals living with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and related disabilities
• Assist clients with daily living strategies and community reentry
• Provide care in private home settings
• Maintain a caring demeanor and effective communication with clients

Requirements

• Experience caregiving to disabled adults
• Medical training
• Ability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule (10pm-6am)
• Outstanding attendance record
• Adaptive personality and patient mindset
• Flexibility to work at different sites as scheduled
