Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to two clients (one male, one female) in a group home setting
• Assist clients with daily activities and tasks that may be difficult to perform independently
• Drive clients to various locations as needed
• Support individuals with disabilities by providing aid and creating opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Access to a dependable vehicle
• Current car insurance in the employee's name
• Ability and comfort level performing personal care tasks
• Willingness to complete full paid training
