Responsibilities

• Offer support in daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Assist with community engagement and social integration
• Promote independence and skill-building through individualized goals and programs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals under care
• Provide emotional support and positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate records of care provided in compliance with state and agency guidelines

Requirements

• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles
