About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all safety and health considerations
- Promoting skill development, interests, and hobbies
- Assisting with Adult Daily Living skills (ADLs)
- Performing personalized responsibilities including cooking, cleaning, and hygiene
Requirements
- Experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred
- Professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills
- High level of patience
- Ability to use a computer for data entry
- High school education or GED preferred
- Driver's License required for day and evening shifts
