Direct Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement out-of-the-box solutions for new clients to ensure efficient onboarding of sophisticated investors
• Leverage technical and industry expertise to onboard users and client data onto the Addepar platform
• Own historical data conversions from start-to-finish using best practice methodologies
• Proactively manage client expectations and project scope throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Communicate project health and status effectively to both internal and external senior leadership
• Develop scalable processes, pre-configured templates, and improved methodologies to minimize project effort
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Addepar platform to drive high client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple simultaneous workstreams
• Deep understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and various source systems
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment management software implementations
• Proficiency with programming or scripting languages, specifically Python
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Prior client-facing experience in a technical or consulting capacity
