Responsibilities
- Lead a high performing sales team to exceed company sales targets
- Ensure the team meets expectations for sales quality, conversion rates, and customer response times
- Develop, engage, and motivate the sales team
- Participate in interviewing and recruiting new talent to grow the sales department
Requirements
- Documented experience leading high performing sales teams with autonomy
- Strong operational acumen regarding sales organizations
- Tech-savvy with ability to leverage data and technology
- Ability to handle responsibilities with limited oversight
