About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the Business Plan and ensure the development and execution of sales plans
- Manage, coach, and motivate the Sales team to meet targets
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to ensure an active pipeline through banks, brokers, and direct approaches
- Maximise opportunities for all product lines through partnerships and financial institutions
- Collaborate with the Marketing manager on campaigns and events
- Deliver target revenue for new sales in credit insurance and services
- Monitor the use of the CRM system
Requirements
- Hands-on people management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit insurance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role
- Proven personal track record in sales
- Analytical approach to service markets
- Knowledge of the current economic climate
- Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
