About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through new business generation, cross-selling, and customer retention
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through local lead generation and referrals
- Develop relationships within the community, including dealerships and local partners, to support growth
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
- Partner with leadership to support local marketing initiatives
- Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
- Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Must attain required P&C licensure within 90 days of joining the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licensing
