Direct Sales Agent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by attracting new customers and cross-selling existing customers
• Sell a variety of products including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
• Engage with prospective customers through inbound calls and proactive outbound marketing calls
• Build and maintain community relationships through in-person visits and local networking
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
• Manage customer payments and maintain accurate records for cash drawers

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Ability to attain required P&C licensure within 90 days of joining the company
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to build rapport and trust with customers
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance licensing
• Experience in insurance sales or a similar performance-driven retail environment
• Proven ability to leverage community contacts to build a sales pipeline
