Direct Sales Agent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by attracting new customers and cross-selling existing customers
• Sell a variety of products including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
• Engage with prospective customers through inbound calls and proactive outbound marketing calls
• Build and maintain community relationships through in-person visits and local marketing efforts
• Manage a book of business within the retail location to ensure customer retention
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records for cash drawers
• Stay current on company underwriting guidelines and policy changes

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Ability to attain required P&C licensure within 90 days of joining the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance licensing
• Proven ability to successfully close sales of insurance or ancillary products
• Experience leveraging community contacts or a "natural market" to build a sales pipeline
