Direct Sales Agent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales and profitable growth by engaging with prospective customers
• Build rapport and trust with customers to understand their specific insurance needs
• Attract and generate new customers through inbound calls and proactive outbound marketing
• Cross-sell existing customers on products including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
• Market products via in-person visits and community relationship building to create a sales pipeline
• Manage customer payments and maintain accurate records for cash drawers

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience
• P&C licensing preferred, or must obtain required licensure within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in an onsite, in-office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience successfully closing sales of insurance or ancillary products
• Ability to leverage community contacts and local referral sources (e.g., car dealerships)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
