Direct Sales Agent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales and profitable growth by understanding customer needs and building rapport
• Engage with prospective customers through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls
• Sell a variety of products including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
• Attract and generate new customers while cross-selling to existing clients
• Build community relationships through marketing calls and in-person visits to promote growth
• Manage sales processes and maintain compliance with company underwriting guidelines and standards
• Handle customer payments and maintain accurate cash drawer reports

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience
• P&C licensing is preferred, or the ability to attain required licensure within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully close sales of insurance and ancillary products
• Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals through new business and customer retention
• Ability to leverage community contacts and referral sources to build a sales pipeline
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
