Direct Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through proactive customer engagement
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, online chat, and in-person
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant insurance products
• Provide expert guidance on product benefits, terms, and procedures
• Process insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Conduct case assessments and determine appropriate premiums
• Perform policy renewals and follow-ups to ensure customer retention
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai or Sharjah

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or claims handling
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to manage customer acquisition and long-term relationships
• High level of organization and attention to detail
