About the Company

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor designed to provide critical power to hospitals, data centers, and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and identification of potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Spearhead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements.
• Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle and manage supplier relationships.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and monitor supplier performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record in successful negotiation and contract management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting supplier audits and product inspections.
• Familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics within the energy or nuclear sector.
