Direct Procurement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Optimize direct procurement portfolios for various clients in Île-de-France
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure long-term competitiveness
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from creation to payment and closure
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding lead times, delivery dates, and costs
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding cost, quality, and delivery policies
• Manage priorities and delivery delays with both requesters and suppliers
• Address various direct procurement categories including mechanics, electronics, and diverse materials

Requirements

• Higher education degree in procurement
• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct procurement
• Experience in an international environment preferred
• Knowledge of supplier markets and ability to conduct market studies
• Autonomy in managing the tender process (RFP)
• Ability to manage product/service risks and ensure compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in English (written and oral)
• Experience with Procurement Information Systems (eSourcing/ERP) is a plus
