About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned Direct Care Staff and participants during designated shifts
- Manage medication administration and medical management on shift
- Support the Assistant Program Director in executing program operations
- Serve as a member of the management team with on-call responsibilities
- Oversee care for adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or complex medical needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree (Human Services or related field preferred)
- Experience working with the target client population
- Previous supervisory or management experience
