Responsibilities

• Lead the national academic strategy for the Digital Art (LAD) program to ensure curricular quality and innovation.
• Design and deliver rigorous learning experiences aligned with international academic excellence standards.
• Strengthen the program's academic differentiation and alignment with global industry trends.
• Drive impact through relevant research, academic production, and professional networking.
• Collaborate with Regional Deans and Department Directors to ensure consistent strategic implementation across all regions.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators related to academic performance, employability, and program positioning.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Art or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in leadership roles.
• Experience in academic administration and academic processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level or 550 TOEFL points).
• National or international recognition in the discipline through research, consultancy, or leadership in prestigious institutions.
• An extensive network of national and international professional contacts and collaborations.
