Dirección de Programa Académico Multicultural

Responsibilities

• Ensure the academic quality of the Multicultural Program in collaboration with Department Directors.
• Monitor student progress to ensure all graduation requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Manage academic advising processes, including course enrollment, audits, and academic advancement plans.
• Lead the deployment of program-specific initiatives, events, and institutional activities to foster a positive community.
• Act as a primary point of contact for parents regarding student progress and program details.
• Coordinate with the Emotional Alert Committee and Mentorship department to support students at risk or in vulnerable situations.
• Support student recruitment and growth through strategic participation in information sessions and selectivity strategies.
• Collaborate with Counselors to support the "Road to College" journey and student retention efforts.
• Drive internationalization goals for the program according to institutional guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (titulado).
• Completed Master's degree (titulado).
• English proficiency certification at C1 level (verifiable).
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in high school/upper secondary education.
• Proven experience in academic administration and student recruitment.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence applications for text and graphic generation.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary or inter-campus academic projects.
