Responsibilities

• Provide holistic professional nursing care and support to patients
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing measures according to the nursing process
• Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and other interdisciplinary departments
• Support and guide apprentices and students in the nursing field
• Actively participate in the continuous development of nursing quality and internal processes

Requirements

• Completed degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional experience in acute care, ideally with knowledge of reconstructive surgery
• Strong sense of responsibility, high social competence, and ability to work in a team
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with changing requirements
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development
