Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients in gynecology and postpartum care for mothers and newborns
• Monitor and support mother-child bonding during the initial days after birth
• Collaborate closely with midwives, attending physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Actively participate in the continuous development of nursing quality and interprofessional cooperation

Requirements

• Degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH
• Previous experience in gynecology or postpartum care is preferred
• Independent and competent personality with a willingness to take on responsibility
• Ability to apply professional, social, and self-competencies in specific situations
• Strong cooperative skills to work effectively within a team
