Diploma Assistant Educator

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care
• Foster a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment for children and families
• Assist in creating and maintaining beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Utilize age-appropriate resources and technology to enhance child development
• Collaborate with a passionate team of early childhood professionals

Requirements

• Minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• Proven experience working within an early childhood service (children aged 0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
