Dining Waitstaff

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in Executive Dining Rooms and catered functions, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Take and process orders using the POS system, communicating special dietary requests to kitchen staff
• Prepare and serve beverages in the bar area, demonstrating basic mixology and wine service skills
• Greet guests courteously and verify identification to ensure compliance with liquor regulations
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables and organizing work areas
• Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding the service of alcohol

Requirements

• Experience working in luxury hotel restaurants and bars
• Proficiency in using POS systems
• Strong knowledge of dining service practices and professional interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and explain menu items, including cooking terminology and ingredients
• Occasional weekend availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mixology and wine service
• Familiarity with State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations
