About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide and instruct dining services workers in general and specialized food handling
- Oversee dish room operations and the maintenance of sanitary dining halls
- Provide dining room services, including cash register and cash operations duties
- Perform various group duties as needed to support dining hall maintenance
Requirements
- Six months of food handling experience
- Ability to pass the Food Handler’s Certification
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and write
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service
