Dining Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dining room operations, room service, and convenience store service
• Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding promptly to needs and requests
• Support timely room service delivery and smooth dining room openings
• Assist with weekly scheduling, staffing coverage, and shift planning within budget guidelines
• Train new dining room employees and assist service staff during mealtimes
• Oversee resident billing for food service charges and manage dining staff

Requirements

• 6+ months of previous food service experience
• ServSafe certification and/or other required local, county, or state food certifications
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and handle multiple priorities
• Positive, professional attitude with clear and respectful communication
• Strong attention to food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Patience and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience
• Experience in senior living or hospitality dining services
