Dining Room Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage dining room operations, including ensuring clean linens, cutlery, and glassware
• Oversee dining area cleanliness and preparation for meal services
• Address resident concerns or service issues immediately
• Manage staffing levels, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling wait staff
• Account for all residents during meals and report no-shows to management
• Coordinate room service meal delivery and pickup for residents' apartments

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations regarding food service
• CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dining room management or as a server
