Dining Room Attendant Lead

Responsibilities

• Support other servers and coordinators
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders during meal service
• Assist with dining room and catering setup
• Engage with residents to provide positive customer service and learn preferences
• Complete required log sheets including meal counts and dishwasher temperatures
• Record and stock supplies in service areas
• Maintain standards for food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior serving experience
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, services, and facilities
