Digitization & Automation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for HR applications, resolving system issues escalated from HR Services.
• Manage user system access, SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based permissions, and other service requests.
• Ensure HRIS system updates are aligned with governance models and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks in system procedures through automated processes.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation for enhanced or newly developed HR applications.
• Provide business analysis support to projects and initiatives by working closely with product owners.
• Facilitate and assist in business user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technology teams to coordinate and schedule system updates and configurations.
• Analyze user trends and research best practices in HR technologies to provide insights to product teams.
• Perform data analysis to resolve issues and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology-related roles.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PEGA, or ServiceNow.
• Proven experience managing role-based permissions and HRIS security protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, programs, and organizational complexity.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
