Digitisation Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the digitisation of diverse physical collections, with a specific focus on audio materials
• Prepare, capture, and process materials according to established preservation standards
• Contribute to quality assurance, metadata practices, and reporting to ensure content integrity
• Maintain digitisation equipment and collaborate with team members and collection owners

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with digitisation equipment, processes, and digital file management
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Well-developed communication skills for working effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant information and communication technologies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
