Digitalization & HR Data Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in structuring the Group's HR reporting offering through advanced data analysis.
• Design, automate, and maintain dynamic dashboards to visualize HR data for Group HR Management.
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to the development of AI agents designed to automate HR processes and manage requests.
• Collaborate with technical and AI teams to test solutions, refine prompts, and ensure business accuracy.
• Support the deployment of new digital tools through communication materials such as tutorials, newsletters, and video guides.
• Organize webinars and training sessions to help HR teams adopt new technologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Digital Transformation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, GenAI) and its practical business applications.
• Understanding of HR challenges and the importance of data ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
