Digitalization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the digital transformation of business processes by implementing innovative digital solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability.
• Act as a bridge between Technical, IT, and Business departments.
• Analyze and map existing business processes across engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Collect functional and technical requirements for new digital solutions.
• Create, maintain, and modify Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Monitor the performance of current digital solutions and propose continuous improvements.
• Support data management activities and provide user training.
• Ensure all solutions align with quality, safety, and cyber-security standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and data flows.
• Proficiency in database and data analytics concepts, including relational database logic.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools, specifically Power BI and Power BI Report Builder (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting or configuration languages such as SQL or Python.
• English language proficiency at a B1/B2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent generation using MS 365 Copilot.
• Previous experience working with SAP Material Master or Siemens PLM systems.
