Digitalization Analyst (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the digitalization strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain organization.
• Provide specialized S/4Hana support across Supply Chain disciplines.
• Support the use of SAP tools including Ariba, BTP, and other integrated procurement solutions.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to identify issues, gather user insights, and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate operational needs into functional requirements, business rules, and test criteria.
• Execute and coordinate integrated testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training.
• Support the analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and data governance.
• Promote the adoption of "clean core" best practices to reduce unnecessary customizations.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid technical knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Proficiency in S/4Hana within Supply Chain modules (MM, IM, WM, and Brazil Localization).
• Experience in digital supply chain projects, process transformation, or SAP implementation/support.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate Spanish.
• Experience with additional SAP disciplines such as SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
