Digital Workplace Tooling Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom tools and interfaces, specifically leveraging Google Apps Script and web technologies, to track conferencing activity and enhance user experience.
• Assist in defining the roadmap for internal tooling in alignment with the broader Product Line strategy.
• Support end-to-end delivery of tooling features, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment.
• Promote new tools and features to the internal user community to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
• Ensure tooling provides accurate data to support operational dashboards and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or Engineering degree (BAC+5) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in software development and programming, specifically JavaScript, Java, and Web technologies.
• Strong interest or expertise in Google Apps Script.
• Advanced proficiency in English and fluency in French.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• A proactive, "startup" mindset with an interest in product marketing and internal communication.
