About the role
Responsibilities
- Build the Digital Workplace roadmap including upgrades, migrations, and modernization
- Define the Employee Experience vision focusing on simplicity and efficiency
- Manage service reliability, major incidents, and level 2/3 support coordination
- Define and deploy adoption strategies through training and user support
- Manage budgets for licenses, services, and equipment
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous service improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace or End User Computing
- Proficiency in English
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform)
- Mastery of MDM/UEM solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
