About the role
Responsibilities
- Build the Digital Workplace roadmap including upgrades, migrations, and modernization
- Define the Employee Experience vision focusing on simplicity and tool consistency
- Manage service reliability, major incidents, and continuous service improvement
- Supervise level 2/3 support and manage versions, patches, and standardization
- Deploy adoption strategies through training, user support, and internal communities
- Manage budgets for licenses, services, and equipment while optimizing costs
- Monitor usage and impact through KPI/OKR dashboards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace or End User Computing
- Proficiency in English
- Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform)
- Mastery of MDM/UEM solutions including Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, including OS deployment and troubleshooting
