About the role
Responsibilities
- Define functional specifications for workstation applications
- Coordinate TNR (Update/Patch) campaigns
- Coordinate with internal technical teams
- Act as an interface with business units
- Monitor the MS Office lifecycle including updates, early adopters, and deployments
Requirements
- Management and deployment of workstation applications (packaging, remote distribution)
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, Windows 10-11, and Active Directory environments
- Proficiency with deployment and fleet management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and MDM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office update management
